Bella Thorne is a multifaceted American director, actress, producer and writer. She gained early recognition for her roles as Margaux Darling in "Dirty Sexy Money" (2007–2008) and Ruthy Spivey in "My Own Worst Enemy" (2009), the latter earning her a Young Artist Award. Thorne achieved mainstream prominence as CeCe Jones on Disney Channel's "Shake It Up" (2010–2013), winning several awards including an Imagen Award.
Thorne has showcased her versatility in numerous feature films such as "Blended" (2014) and "The Babysitter" film series (2017–2020). She received critical acclaim for her performances in "THE DUFF" (2015), "Amityville: The Awakening" (2017), "Infamous" (2020), and "Divinity" (2023). She starred in the drama series "Famous in Love" (2017–2018), earning Teen Choice Award nominations.
Expanding her creative horizons, Thorne is also an accomplished director and short film producer, having launched her jewelry brand, THORNE. Her short film "Paint Her Red" (2023) premiered at the Taormina Film Festival to industry acclaim and won Best Director at the Mammoth Film Festival in 2024. In May 2024, she was honored as the Global Youth Ambassador for amfAR.
