Trama

Le amicizie vengono messe alla prova mentre i laureati si impegnano a rendersi indispensabili.
La scrivania del CPS è scossa dalla notizia che Felim ha deciso di ritirarsi dal mercato immobiliare per "motivi personali". Eric suona il tamburo, chiedendo nuove idee per colmare il divario.
Harper ha un'interessante visione del mercato immobiliare che cattura l'interesse di Eric, ma fatica a trovare il tempo per elaborarla quando viene avvicinata da Daria.
Aubrey Lewis, uno dei clienti più apprezzati di Daria, si presenta per una riunione a cui Harper può partecipare, ma Daria ha bisogno prima di un noioso inserimento dati. Non volendo deludere nessuno dei due, Harper lavora fino a tardi, ma le sue azioni hanno conseguenze disastrose, avvertite dall'intero piano.

The CPS desk is rocked by news Felim has decided to step away from the market for 'personal reasons'. Eric bangs the drum, asking for new ideas to plug the gap.
Harper has an interesting take on the housing market that piques Eric's interest, but she struggles to find time to work up the idea when she is accosted by Daria.
Aubrey Lewis, one of Daria's most prized clients, is coming in for a meeting that Harper can sit in on, but Daria needs some boring data entry done first. Not wanting to let either of them down, Harper burns the midnight oil, but her actions have dire consequences, felt by the entire floor.
